About

KC3LVG Gear

KC3LVG Gear designs and 3D prints practical parts for amateur-radio operators: antenna adapters, mounts, winders, and custom pieces that come from real operating problems rather than catalog filler.

Designed from use

The brand is named for KC3LVG, the amateur-radio callsign of the designer. Field operating, portable work, and station setup are the test bench. Products stay in the catalog when they earn a place there.

KC3LVG Gear is operated by Comrald Research and Development LLC.

Engineer. Print. Deploy.

A request starts with a problem. If a printed part can solve it cleanly, it is prototyped, revised, and checked in actual use. Not every idea becomes a product, and not every custom request is accepted.

Engineer

Define the job

Connector, load, vehicle, or wire path — whatever the part has to survive.

Print

Make a usable object

Iterate in print until the geometry is repeatable enough to offer.

Deploy

Prove it outside

Check the part on the air, on a vehicle, or at a station before calling it done.
